Auto Flexion Treatment — Lumbar Flexion and Distraction: Designed to combine lumbar flexion and distraction in one controlled, hands-free movement. Secure your patient with the ankle straps and pull out the sliding ankle piece to preload the lumbar spine. Unlock the standard sliding axial motion headpiece, set your flexion speed or timer and press start. If desired, unlock the lateral flexion handle and insert the tiller bar for effortless circumduction.
Standard Sliding Axial Motion Headpiece: Glides smoothly under your patient's head and moves in perfect unison with the flexion motion for exceptional facial comfort during lumbar flexion treatment.
Automatic Air Drops and Air Thoracic Breakaway: Includes Cervical (dual action — straight or forward), Thoracic, Lumbar and Pelvic air drops, instantly reset with a touch anywhere along the included power foot strips on both sides of the table. The Air Thoracic Breakaway, controlled by a pressure pedal, provides controlled recoil action and locks at any position down to 5.5" for treating patients who are pregnant or have a larger abdominal region.
Optional Independent Long Axis Lumbar Distraction: Manually air-powered using the pressure pedal, it adds a greater range of constant lumbar traction, independently or in conjunction with automatic flexion — acting as spinal traction to create a negative pressure decompression vacuum and rehydrate the lumbar discs.
