The AFT features variable speed auto flexion (3-30 rpm), timer, electric elevation, a tilting headpiece with sliding axial motion, and a locking thoracic release. Optional a-la-carte manual drops (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, pelvic) and electric lumbar distraction ensure precise low back pain and decompression treatments, billable under CPT Code 97012/98940-42.
Auto Treatment — Lumbar Flexion and Distraction: Designed to deliver effective lumbar flexion in one controlled, hands-free movement. Secure your patient with the ankle straps and pull out the sliding ankle piece to preload the lumbar spine. Unlock the standard sliding axial motion headpiece, set your flexion speed (1 to 28 rpm) and press start. A 10-second set-up to effectively treat disc patients in a modern way.
Standard Sliding Axial Motion Headpiece: Glides smoothly under your patient's head and moves in perfect unison with the flexion motion for exceptional facial comfort during a lumbar flexion treatment.
Standard Finesse Upholstery: Puncture-resistant proprietary micro fiber that outlasts traditional vinyl by 3-4 times with a luxurious feel reminiscent of leather.
Optional Manual Drops: Available with up to four manual drops including Cervical (dual action — straight or forward), Thoracic, Lumbar, and Pelvic. Each drop has an adjustable tension knob and is loaded manually with convenient lifting handles on both sides of the table.
Optional Independent Long Axis Lumbar Distraction: Manually air-powered using the pressure pedal, it adds a greater range of constant lumbar traction, independently or in conjunction with automatic flexion — creating a negative pressure decompression vacuum to rehydrate the lumbar discs.
